rpress_local_taxes_only

Filters whether only local taxes are enabled, in the deprecated rpress_local_taxes_only().

Applied in the deprecated rpress_local_taxes_only() function, which returns true when the tax_condition option in the global options array equals local. The function is only reached by legacy code that still calls it.

bool. Whether only local taxes apply.
