rpress_admin_notice_emails

Filters the list of recipient addresses for admin order notifications.

Runs in rpress_get_admin_notice_emails after the recipients are read from the admin notification settings (admin_recipients, one address per line) and split into an array. If none are configured, the site admin email is used. The result is passed as the recipient list when the admin notification is sent.
