rpress_purchase_form_before_submit

Fires before the checkout submit section.

Runs at the start of rpress_checkout_submit(). Core hooks rpress_print_errors (default priority), rpress_terms_agreement (default priority) and rpress_checkout_final_total (priority 999) here. Use priority above 999 to output below the order total.
