rpress_settings_tab_top_{$active_tab}_{$section}

Fires at the top of one section of a settings tab, before its fields.

Runs inside the settings form before the fields of the given tab and section. The dynamic parts are the tab ID and section ID, for example gateways_main. Echo markup directly.
