rpress_cart_footer_buttons

Fires inside the footer button row of the checkout cart table.

Runs inside a footer row below the total. The row is only printed when at least one callback is hooked here. Core hooks the update cart button when item quantities are enabled and the save cart button when cart saving is not disabled.

Notes#

Because the row is only shown when the hook has callbacks, adding one makes the row appear.
