edd_sl_api_request_verify_ssl

Filters whether SSL is verified for requests from the extension updater to the license store.

Runs in RestroPress_Addon_Updater::verify_ssl(). The result is cast to bool and used for requests to the store API. Return false to skip verification, for example on a local setup with a self-signed certificate.

Parameters#

$verify_ssl	bool	Default value, true.
$this	RestroPress_Addon_Updater	The updater instance.

Return value#

bool. True to verify the store SSL certificate.

Uses the Easy Digital Downloads Software Licensing hook name, so callbacks written for that library also run here.
