rpress_user_verification_token_expired

Fires when an account verification link is past its expiry time.

Runs in rpress_validate_user_verification_token() when the ttl query argument of the verification URL is earlier than the current time. It fires immediately before the request is ended with a 403 error page that links to a new verification request.
