rpress_tools_import_export_before

Fires before the Import / Export tools page content is displayed.

Runs at the start of the legacy Import / Export tool screen, after the capability check. That screen is no longer a primary Tools tab; it only appears when the import_export tab is requested directly in the URL, and it shows links to the menu and settings import and export screens.
