rpress_tools_banned_emails_before

Fires before the Blocked Emails & Domains panel is displayed.

Runs at the start of the Blocked Emails & Domains panel on the Customer & Access tab of the Tools page, after the capability check has passed. Use it to print notices or extra markup above the panel.
