rpress_recount_tool_descriptions

Fires inside the repair tool description area to add help text for extra options.

Runs in the description container of the Repair Restaurant Stats form, after the built-in descriptions and before the reset description. Echo a span whose id matches the data-type of an option added through rpress_recount_tool_options.
