rpress_fooditem_options_general_before_pricing

Fires inside the Pricing section of the menu item editor, before the other pricing hooks.

Runs at the end of the Pricing section body, after the price fields and the validation message. It is immediately followed by rpress_fooditem_options_general_after_pricing and rpress_fooditem_options_general_end. Output extra pricing fields here.
