rpress_cc_form

Fires to render the default credit card form.

Runs in rpress_show_cc_form() when the cart total is greater than zero and no callback is hooked to the chosen gateway's own rpress_{$payment_mode}_cc_form action. Core hooks rpress_get_cc_form() here, and removes it when no payment gateway is enabled.
