rpress_remove_fee_url

Filters the URL used to remove a fee from the cart.

Runs in RPRESS_Cart::remove_fee_url(). The URL points at the current page (or the checkout during AJAX) with the fee ID, rpress_action=remove_fee and nocache query arguments.
