rpress_export_earnings_completed_statuses

Filters the statuses counted as completed when the earnings report computes net totals.

Runs for each row of the earnings report export when the net count and net amount are calculated. The default is publish and revoked. Each status is read from the row's per-status data, so a status added here should also be one the report collects.
