rpress_command_center_cash_gateways

Filters the gateway IDs treated as cash payments in the Command Center and order screens.

Orders paid with one of these gateways are treated as cash due on handoff, so an unpaid status is not flagged as a payment problem. The default list is cash_on_delivery, cash, cod and manual. Add the ID of any custom pay-on-delivery gateway here.

Notes#

Applied from three places (Command Center, the Orders list table and Reports intelligence). The latter two call the Command Center method when available, so the same list is used everywhere. The ID is compared strictly with in_array().
