rpress_api_row_actions

Filters the row action links shown under each user in the API Keys table.

Applied in the User column of the API keys list table. The array holds the Reissue and Revoke links keyed by reissue and revoke, with empty values already removed by array_filter(). Add, remove or reorder entries to change the links rendered by WP_List_Table::row_actions().
